To upload a picture:

1. Make sure that you have the picture saved on your computer and remember where you saved the picture (Generally, under 'My Pictures' folder)
   
2. After you filled all the required fields, click button. A new File Browser window will appear
   
3. Go to the folder that you saved your picture. Click on the picture and press button. The picture name will appear on the form field.
   Don't worry if you don't see the name of the file in the box as a whole.
   
4. Click button.
   
5. Wait for a while until your file is uploaded or you get a confirmation message.
